Kitchen: Italian style fully fitted kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, grill, and dishwasher. Well appointed and well equipped with quality utensils. Microwave,toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc.
Living room: Bright and spacious, large corner sofa (opens out to double bed), coffee table, storage. TV, DVD, CD. Air-con. Good size terrace, furnished with quality dining table and chairs. The perfect place to dine while enjoying the magnificent sunsets!
The property is serviced by a local company who are on hand to meet you and ensure your stay is comfortable. Towels and linen are provided.

Saturday is the preferred changeover day; however we try to be flexible where possible. Arrival is from 2pm and check out is at 10.30am.
A non-refundable 20% deposit of the total rental booking is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is to be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival. Money is to be paid by cheque or electronic bank transfer. It is advisable that you should arrange your own cancellation insurance. A 100 refundable security deposit will also apply which is to be paid with your final balance.
10% discount for fortnightly bookings.
